Before you call

Questions to ask your insurance provider

  1. 01Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
  2. 02Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
  3. 03Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
  4. 04Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation policy

I understand that oftentimes 24-hour notice can be unreasonable. For that reason I only ask that you cancel your session at least 4 hours in advance. Since this policy is so lenient compared to others, I am strict about it. If you fail to cancel within the 4-hour time frame, or do not show up to your session, you will be charged $65 for the session.
